Biography: Charles Rumball was born on 11 November 1825 in Boulogne, France, the son of Thomas Rumball and his wife Marianne. Later in life, he lived in England before emigrating to Canada. Under the pseudonym "Charles Delorme," he wrote two novels. He died on 26 December 1894 in Ontario.
